Before the brief
Queries
Scene · Before the brief · Questions accumulate in inboxes unless someone collects them. This page is that collection.
Problem · FAQ pages sometimes dodge operational detail with marketing language. You need answers about process, confidentiality and revision.
Method · Accordion below uses details and summary — readable with JavaScript disabled. Eight to ten questions rotate with studio policy.
What you receive · Plain answers before you write [email protected]. Include documents and timing in your mail.

Context · Accordion is signature to Site A; our sibling site uses a different FAQ layout by design.
Accordion FAQ uses native details elements — answers readable with JavaScript disabled.
Eight questions cover briefs, confidentiality, revisions, timelines and contact routing.
Portrait strategist aside reminds readers humans answer mail, not bots.
Revision policy: pencil marks on proofs beat endless comment threads for clarity.
Confidentiality: brief materials stay in studio mailbox with access controls.
Timelines depend on format chosen — workshop versus sprint versus production block.

We do not publish performance figures or rank claims on this site.
Scope and terms for paid work are always set in writing before hours accumulate.
Media partners receive packages with usage notes, not mystery exports.
Compliance limits belong in brief week, not the night before launch.
Async review suits distributed teams whose hubs sit across APAC time zones.
How does a brief reach the studio table?
Email [email protected] with your name, organisation, timing and any existing materials. The studio lead reads within two working days and replies with either clarifying questions or a suggested format from the Formats page. There is no upload form on this site by design.
What should we prepare before a brief workshop?
Bring the offer as it exists today, audience notes even if rough, prior campaigns that worked or failed, channel constraints and anyone who can speak to legal or compliance limits. Paper is fine — we photograph and return originals.
Do you buy media or run accounts?
We plan channel mix and produce creative; media buying stays with you or your partner unless separately agreed in writing. We will not imply platform endorsement or guarantee placement outcomes on this site or elsewhere.
How are revisions handled during a sprint?
Revisions inside agreed scope are logged on the proof cover sheet with date and initials. Scope changes trigger a written note before work continues — quiet scope creep is how campaigns lose their spine.
Can you work with our in-house design team?
Yes. We often supply architecture and direction while your team executes production. The handover folder uses plain filenames and usage notes so internal designers are not deciphering studio jargon.
What does “campaign craft” mean here?
It means the disciplined work before anything runs: structure, direction, proofs and sequences. We describe methods openly; market response depends on factors outside any agency’s control.
How do you treat confidential materials?
Materials shared for a brief stay on studio systems with access limited to assigned staff. NDAs are available on request. We do not use client work in public portfolios without written permission.
What regions do you serve?
We are based in Singapore and regularly work with APAC teams whose headquarters or marketing hub sits here. Time zones are noted on meeting invites; async proof review is standard.
Is there a minimum engagement size?
We do not publish thresholds on this site. Brief workshops exist partly so both sides can judge fit before a larger sprint. If timing or scope does not match, we say so plainly.
How do we request a correction after handover?
Email the studio lead with the asset filename and the marked proof reference. Corrections tied to agreed launch copy are handled quickly; new direction is scoped as a fresh block.
