Formats

Scene · A brief arrives as a PDF and a nervous email. We choose a format before we choose colours — shape first.

Problem · Engagements fail when format is fuzzy: workshops become production, sprints become open-ended retainers without anyone naming the shift.

Method · Five formats sit on an offset staircase — each step indented forty-eight pixels right. Markers BW, CS, PB, LP, AR appear in the mono column.

What you receive · Named scope: workshop notes, sprint package, production block outputs, launch programme folder or advisory hours — each described on this page.

Brief workshop suits early ambiguity. Campaign sprint suits defined timing. Production block suits signed direction. Launch programme suits end-to-end pre-launch. Advisory retainer suits ongoing review.

No format is priced here. Commercial terms appear only in written agreements.

Two photographs: brand book open and print counter. Proofs and production meet on the same table.

Context · Staircase layout is signature A-S3. It breaks the hero-card-CTA rhythm deliberately.

Brief workshop marker BW: two days on Hill Street, agreed questions at exit, no premature concepts.

Campaign sprint marker CS: four to six weeks, scope fixed at kick-off, weekly review mandatory.

Production block marker PB: reserved hours once direction is signed; output count named, not priced here.

Launch programme marker LP: sequences internal, partner and public messages before day one.

Advisory retainer marker AR: marketing leads receive second reads before publish.

Staircase indent increases forty-eight pixels per step — a visual metaphor for escalating commitment.

Format choice happens before colour boards; shape first, decoration second.

Workshop notes leave as a bound folio, not a slide deck alone.

Sprint ends with a package media teams can deploy without reinterpretation.

Production block assumes architecture and direction are signed — we do not decorate without a spine.

Launch programme includes stakeholder copy kit and rollback notes.

Retainer hours are logged against review tasks, not vanity refresh cycles.

Print counter photograph shows trimmed proofs awaiting initials.

Meeting daylight photograph shows clients reading spine drafts, not dashboards.

Five engagement formats

BW

Brief workshop

A two-day structured read of your brief on Hill Street. We leave with a agreed problem statement, audience sketch and open questions — not a finished campaign. Suitable when the offer exists but the story does not yet.

CS

Campaign sprint

Four to six weeks from spine to first proof set. Daily check-ins optional; weekly review mandatory. The sprint ends with a signed package ready for your media or deployment team — scope fixed at kick-off.

PB

Production block

Reserved studio time for asset production once direction is settled. You bring approved architecture; we produce channel-ready files. Blocks are named by output count, never by price on this site.

LP

Launch programme

Eight to ten weeks covering architecture, production and launch sequence. Includes Pulse pacing and a handover folder your team keeps. For teams who want one studio accountable for the whole pre-launch arc.

AR

Advisory retainer

Monthly hours for direction, channel review and proof reading. No production included unless added as a block. Fits marketing leads who need a second pair of eyes before anything goes live.
