Pulse

Scene · Monday morning · Phase markers clipped to the paper rail above the table. Week one is intake; the inbox can wait until the brief is read properly.

Problem · Campaigns feel chaotic when pacing is invisible — clients wonder why week two has no visuals, or why week four still asks questions.

Method · Pulse names four phases with numerals stacked left, prose right. Weekly rhythm section follows.

What you receive · Predictable checkpoints: agreed questions week one, signed spine week two, packages week four, launch kit and handover week six onward.

Weekly rhythm: Monday intake review; Tuesday–Wednesday structure; Thursday production check; Friday proof sign-off; following Monday launch prep if in phase four.

One photograph: shutters morning — the studio clock is Bras Basah light, not a countdown timer.

Context · Pulse is Site A only. It describes pacing, not performance metrics.

Phase one intake reads the brief as grain — questions before concepts.

Phase two structure drafts and signs the spine; channel map follows.

Phase three production exports packages with filenames your team can deploy.

Phase four handover delivers launch kit, retrospective notes and archive folder.

Monday intake review clears the week; Tuesday–Wednesday structure; Thursday production check; Friday proof sign-off.

Numerals stacked left are mono at two-rem scale — pacing visible at a glance.

Pulse hours note when human review is mandatory versus optional check-ins.

Week two ends with signed spine; week four with packages; week six with handover.

Shutters morning photograph marks the studio clock — Bras Basah light, not a countdown.

Desk overhead aside shows the table layout during phase two structure work.

Retrospective notes what to keep — honest without theatrical post-mortems.

Async proof review suits APAC hubs operating in Singapore time.

I

Week 1

Intake and read

We sit with your brief, existing materials and constraints. The long table holds everything while we ask plain questions: who must understand this, by when, and what would count as a misfire. No concepts leave the room in week one.

II

Weeks 2–3

Structure and proof

Campaign spine and direction proofs circulate internally first, then to you marked in pencil. Revisions are logged on paper before digital files update — so everyone knows which version is authoritative.

III

Weeks 3–5

Production and review

Assets are produced against the signed spine. Channel packages are checked against the mix map. Mid-week reviews keep drift visible early rather than discovered on launch eve.

IV

Week 6+

Launch and handover

Launch sequence runs from the copy kit. We stay through the first fortnight for corrections and tone checks, then hand over folders, notes and a short retrospective — what we would keep, what we would adjust next time.

Weekly rhythm: Monday intake review; Tuesday–Wednesday structure and proofs; Thursday production check; Friday sign-off; launch prep rolls into the following Monday when phase four is active.
